When you come to the Philo School, you will see that the electric is underground. Looking at the picture of the original electric, you will see why.
The leaning "electric pole" was tethered to.... an apple tree!! The base was no longer connected to the ground and a guy wire ran to the apple tree. Brian Wyant, Anderson Valley's premier electrician, redid it all, burying the lines so we are now safer AND it looks way better, as you will see below.
